Pol specialises in analysis, research, strategic communications, business development, and international affairs. He has a background in communications and economics and has worked with business development, market entry, and international partnerships in both Sweden and the United States.

Before joining The Stockholm Project, Pol worked with the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in Texas, where he supported Swedish companies in the US market and worked with strategic partnerships, communications, and business development. Alongside his studies, he worked at HandelsMarketing, gaining experience in B2B communications, sales strategy, and client development. He has also worked in the Swedish financial sector.

At The Stockholm Project, Pol works as an Analyst with Swedish and international clients across sectors. His work includes analysis, research, strategic communications, and public affairs advisory, with a particular interest in the intersection of business, markets, and society.
