Mika van der Schaaf

Mika has a background in communication, project management and production. She has extensive experience coordinating print projects and graphic design, having worked in both agency and in-house environments.

Before joining The Stockholm Project, Mika worked as Production Manager at Borg Owilli, focusing on campaign coordination and delivery. She also spent several years in the print industry, holding roles within project management, final art and prepress — handling everything from flyers and packaging to large-scale print productions.

Mika holds a bachelor's degree in Media and Communication from Stockholm University, a diploma in Digital Analytics from IHM Business School, and has additional training in graphic production, project management and Lean methodology.
